Get NDIS Assistance NowI am an experienced Accommodation Manager in South Australia with a strong focus on complex case management, behaviour support, stakeholder collaboration and high-level NDIS compliance.
I support participants with multifaceted needs, including mental health challenges, cognitive impairments, substance use, medical complexities and behaviours of concern, while ensuring the delivery of safe, consistent, person-centred care.
My work involves crisis response, safeguarding, staff training, documentation oversight, interagency communication and ensuring team accountability across multiple SIL and SDA settings. I’m committed to raising quality standards, improving participant outcomes and building stable, supportive environments.
Prior to entering the disability and community services sector, I held management roles within the vehicle manufacturing industry. This experience provided me with strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills, which I now apply to coordinating teams, managing risk and ensuring effective support outcomes under the NDIS framework.
Alongside my leadership role in disability services,I am highly focused on mental health and wellbeing, integrating trauma-informed, strengths-based and recovery-oriented practice into my everyday work.
Outside of the sector, I am also a musician, songwriter and creative, leading the Adelaide pop-punk/rock band Attachment Theory.
I thrive where leadership, compassion and problem-solving meet, and I’m passionate about creating meaningful change for vulnerable people.
