Hi, I’m Sara Aftab being the CEO of ResicareSA i have the privilege and responsibility to lead this company with my highly experienced and hardworking team, where we are committed to empower people with disabilities through ethical, inclusive, and high-quality supports.
My background as an accountant taught me that every dollar must be accountable and drive meaningful outcomes also behind every budget line there is a life being built.
At home being a parent of 3 school going kids teaches me about patience, advocacy, needs for clear communication and planning for independence.
It’s a fusion of these perspectives that I bring to my company. My goal is not just to make  ResicareSA well managed but also work for the people it is designed for. It is about the child getting their first vital therapy, the adult securing meaningful employment, and the older Australian living independently in their community. I do my work in a partnership with participants, their families and the hard working staff.
We have a shared mission and I’m honoured to serve in this cause.
