As a seasoned leader in the disability support sector, I bring over 15 years of experience in operational management, complex service delivery and stakeholder engagement. My career has been shaped by a strong commitment to human rights, person-centred practice, and continuous service improvement. I currently serve as a SIL Coordinator with ResicareSA, where I oversee a Supported Residential Facility (SRF), Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) services across multiple high needs homes.
I thrive in environments that demand strategic oversight, clinical accountability and real time decision making under pressure. I am deeply invested in building and mentoring multidisciplinary teams who uphold the values of dignity, respect and proactive care for NDIS participants. I pride myself on being a solutions focused leader with a strong clinical eye, capable of navigating risk while fostering a culture of safety, transparency and compassion.
My professional strengths lie in navigating complex behaviours of concern, establishing crisis response frameworks and collaborating with allied health professionals, support coordinators, guardians and NDIS stakeholders to deliver sustainable, high quality outcomes. I lead with both compassion and structure, ensuring that every decision aligns with legislative compliance, best practice standards and the participant’s Choice and Control.
I have extensive experience managing critical incidents, including hospital discharges, high impact behaviours and safeguarding breaches, I regularly contribute to the development of Behaviour Support Plans, NDIS reporting, and restrictive practice governance.
I consider myself an empathetic yet assertive leader, with a commitment to nurturing inclusive environments that empower both participants and staff. Whether I'm leading a housing transition, supporting a staff team through crisis or liaising with government agencies, I bring professionalism, clarity and integrity to every interaction.
I am passionate about contributing to systemic change within the disability sector and take pride in my ability to influence practice, uplift teams and support some of our community’s most vulnerable individuals to live safely, meaningfully and with choice.
