SIL Coordinator

I am an experienced Support Coordinator with ResicareSA, bringing a diverse professional background and a strong commitment to NDIS compliance and quality service delivery. Over the course of my career, I have worked extensively across dementia support, palliative care and high-intensity behaviour management, developing the skills and resilience required to provide safe, person-centred care for participants with complex needs.

Prior to entering the disability and community services sector, I held management roles within the vehicle manufacturing industry. This experience provided me with strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills, which I now apply to coordinating teams, managing risk and ensuring effective support outcomes under the NDIS framework.

At ResicareSA, my role involves developing and implementing care plans, maintaining compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and overseeing daily operations across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) settings. I work collaboratively with participants, families and allied health professionals to deliver care that is respectful, inclusive and empowering.

I am passionate about improving quality of life, safeguarding dignity and promoting independence for the people I support. By drawing on my professional expertise and life experience, I ensure that every participant receives the highest standard of care, underpinned by compassion, integrity and accountability.
