SIL Coordinator

Human Services professional with extensive experience in leadership, operations management, workforce coordination, and stakeholder engagement within the community and social services sector. Holding a qualification in Human Services, I currently work as a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Coordinator within the NDIS sector, overseeing participant supports, service delivery, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and multidisciplinary team coordination to ensure high-quality, person-centred outcomes.

Previously, I successfully led high-crisis programs with the Australian Red Cross, overseeing support services for up to 150 individuals while managing and mentoring a team of 7 staff members. My experience includes coordinating complex support needs, crisis management, workforce leadership, and maintaining strong partnerships with participants, families, guardians, government agencies, and service providers.

My expertise includes human resource management, operational policy and procedure development, operations manual writing, report writing, financial reporting, compliance management, and service delivery coordination. I possess strong organisational and project management skills, with experience serving as a Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Representative and contributing to Reconciliation Action Plan initiatives.

In addition, I have coordinated professional events, collaborated with government agencies and community organisations, and attended industry seminars alongside senior leaders from child protection, housing, and government sectors. I am recognised for my ability to manage complex operations, lead diverse teams, develop effective systems and processes, and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced and challenging environments.
