I am a Service Lead at ResicareSA with a broad range of experience across the disability sector and a strong practical understanding of day-to-day service delivery. In my role, I provide daily, on-the-ground support across a wide range of ResicareSA services, helping to ensure participants receive consistent, responsive and person-centred care.

I am passionate about delivering high-quality support and take a hands-on approach to working with participants, staff and stakeholders. My experience in the field has equipped me to respond to complex situations with professionalism, compassion and a clear focus on positive outcomes.
