I'm Haroon Anjum, and I am honored to serve as the Accounts and Payroll Manager at ResicareSA. With a Master of Professional Accounting and memberships in both the CPA and Australian Book-keeper Association (ABA), I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to my role within the disability sector.

My journey with ResicareSA began in September 2022, and since then, I have been deeply committed to our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives within the community. Drawing upon my extensive background in the elderly and disability sectors, I work tirelessly to support our clients and their families in navigating the complexities of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

In my role, I play a crucial role in helping clients and families understand their NDIS plans and access the necessary support services. By collaborating closely with external agencies and providers, I ensure that we achieve the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders. My approach is deeply client-focused, always prioritizing the unique needs and goals of each individual to promote independence and well-being.

In addition to my financial management responsibilities, I am also involved in the management and setup of supported disability accommodation (SDA) houses. It's essential to me that these houses comply with SDA standards and criteria, providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients. I oversee our in-home support services, continually identifying and addressing the evolving needs of clients and families in the community.

Ensuring the smooth operation of ResicareSA is a top priority for me. I take pride in ensuring that all workers are paid on time and that our financial practices remain compliant with regulations. I maintain meticulous records and stay updated on audit requirements to uphold organization's integrity and efficiency.
