I’m Victoria Mildenhall, and I wear many hats in my professional and personal life! Currently, I’m serving as an HR and administration assistant at ResicareSA, where I get to connect with support workers and clients daily. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see the positive impact we can make in their lives and the smiles we bring to their faces.
Aside from my administrative role, I’m also an OSHCeducator, providing care and guidance to young minds outside of school hours. I love nurturing their growth and seeing them thrive. Additionally, I’m deeply passionate about calisthenics and spend my spare time coaching both myself and the youth in my community. There’s something truly special about helping others discover their strengths and achieve their goals.
My journey in the disability sector spans three years, during which I’ve served as a disability support worker and even taken on leadership responsibilities as a team leader. It’s been an incredible learning experience, and I’m currently studying for a Diploma in Business at Torrens University to further my skills and knowledge.
Starting with a Certificate 3 in Business and Disability, I've always been drawn to this industry because of the genuine joy it brings me to see participants and their families succeed. It’s more than just a job; it's a calling—a chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Through my roles and studies, I strive to embody compassion, dedication, and resilience. I’m committed to continuously improving and making a positive impact wherever I go. I am happy to join ResicareSA in this rewarding journey of supporting others and witnessing the power of transformation firsthand!
