On-call support

ResicareSA has supported participants in Mount Barker and the Hills since before the rebuild of this website, mainly through in-home support, plan management and support coordination. There is no ResicareSA home in the Hills today; the nearest are in Ridgehaven and Hope Valley on the north-eastern side of the freeway, and the Hills page here says so rather than implying otherwise.

Mount Barker is one of the fastest-growing towns in the state, and housing for people with disability has not kept pace. If you hold SIL funding and want to stay in the Hills, tell us: we match people to homes as they come up and will say plainly when nothing suits.

Questions about the Hills

Do you have SIL homes in Mount Barker?

Not at the moment. We deliver in-home support, community participation, plan management and support coordination in the Hills, and our nearest homes are in Ridgehaven and Hope Valley. Register your interest and we will contact you if a Hills property comes up.

Is plan management available to people in the Adelaide Hills?

Yes, anywhere in South Australia. Plan management is funded separately in a plan and does not tie you to any of our other services.

Will a support worker travel to Nairne or Strathalbyn?

For regular arrangements, yes. Travel time is charged in line with the NDIS pricing arrangements and agreed with you in advance, never added as a surprise.
