How often is this page updated?
Our housing team records occupancy for each home in the staff portal, and the page shows when that was last done. When the record is more than five weeks old the site stops quoting counts and asks you to call instead.
What is the difference between a SIL vacancy and an SDA vacancy?
A SIL vacancy is a room in a home where ResicareSA provides the support; the rent is ordinary rent. An SDA vacancy is a room in an enrolled Specialist Disability Accommodation dwelling, which needs SDA funding in your plan at the matching design category. Many homes are both.
I am a support coordinator. What is the fastest way to check a room?
Call 08 7085 0633 and ask for the housing team, or use the referral form. We respond within one business day and will tell you about rooms that are about to open before they are listed here.
