South of the city ResicareSA runs a four-bedroom SIL home in Edwardstown, a two-bedroom SDA home in Clovelly Park near Flinders Medical Centre, a three-bedroom SDA home in Morphett Vale, and Angas Court in Hawthorn, a 20-bed Supported Residential Facility that also provides SIL and short stays.
The south is a long strip, from the inner suburbs around Hawthorn and Mitcham to Morphett Vale, Noarlunga and the Onkaparinga coast. Rosters are split at the Sturt River so that a worker based in the outer south is not asked to cover an inner-south shift the same evening.
